Here at RealyInvest we provide passive income for our investors through the rent we collect from America's best companies; like Chase Bank, Chick-fil-A and Wawa.

Our share or token holders own portions of our offering that represent the land or land and buildings long-term leased to these tenants-brands we love and use every day!

Perhaps America's most successful investor once said, "If you can't figure out a way to make money in your sleep then you'll work for a living all your life."

This is so true! Our great tenants pay us rent and we pass that rent (less certain expenses) back to our share or token holders. Bam! Passive income done the easy way.

It's great to work hard for your money, but it is extra special when your money works hard for you!
