A token represents ownership in an LLC (Limited Liability Company) that owns a property and/or building leased long-term to a tenant, like McDonald's. In this regard it is very similar to a stock. The token, however, makes transactions much easier and less expensive. The security of the blockchain also makes security more transparent and buying and selling more frictionless. Tokenization is how many securities will be held and traded in the future. Large investment firms like J.P. Morgan and Blackrock are offering securities in token form as well.

The dividends are declared quarterly and are paid quarterly as well.
