Real World Assets

Jeff Beebe

We were watching Bloomberg Surveillance this morning. The JP Morgan Chase money manager was going on about real world assets and how their time has come again.

What exactly are real world assets and has their time come again?

Simply put, real world assets are things and places you use every day in each of our everyday lives. We buy groceries, we sip coffee, we have a burrito for lunch, etc...

Each of these activities requires actual things (food, transportation, etc...) and actual places to distribute and serve them (warehouses, banks, restaurants, etc...). These are real world assets.

RealyInvest specializes in these kinds of real world assets. We offer young investors the opportunity to invest in the real world assets that JP Morgan Chase is bullish on.

Has their time come again? We think that their time has never actually gone. There will always be a need and desire to have these things.

Look at the drive through of your local Chick-fil-A. Notice the crowd that flocks to McDonald's Value Menu. Did you know that visits to Chase branch banks is actually going up?

Yes, we love real world assets and think they have a place in your investment portfolio.

Real estate has been a great cash flow opportunity and wealth creator for generations.

And you can even get fries with it.
